Can I cancel my booking?

How do I contact a wellness center?
Each center's profile page includes their contact information. You can also send inquiries through our messaging system after logging in.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through our PCI-compliant payment gateway. We never store your full card details on our servers.
How do I leave a review?
After completing your retreat, you'll receive an invitation to leave a review. You can also submit reviews from your booking history in the dashboard.
I'm a wellness center owner. How do I list my center?
Register as a center owner, complete your center profile, and submit it for verification. Our team will review and approve your listing within 2-3 business days.
