Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using WellNest, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
User Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Bookings and Payments
When you book a retreat through WellNest, you enter into a direct agreement with the wellness center. WellNest facilitates the booking and payment process but is not a party to the service agreement between you and the center.
- All prices are displayed in the local currency and include applicable fees
- Cancellation policies are set by individual wellness centers
- Refunds are processed according to the center's cancellation policy
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false or misleading information
- Interfere with the platform's operation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
Limitation of Liability
WellNest is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or from the services provided by wellness centers listed on our platform.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
